Don’t miss a one-of-a-kind, majestic culinary trip around the world -- all in one exciting evening without ever leaving Las Vegas.
Experience “Taste of Resorts World’’ by Lip Smacking Foodie Tours, the city’s premier, award-winning culinary tour company. Lip Smacking Foodie Tours takes guests to the glamorous Resorts World, the first new resort built on the Strip in a decade, and the most expensive one ever developed in Vegas.
With sister properties in the Americas, Malaysia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the Bahamas, Resort Worlds exudes international flair and boasts one of the largest collections of acclaimed restaurants at one property in Vegas.
This 3-hour experience escorts you to five top establishments at the resort in one magical evening. Glide past host stands for immediate seating at the best tables in the house to enjoy a succession of signature dishes at each venue, all with impeccable VIP service.
Imagine partaking of everything from authentic street food to breathless fine-dining, along with decadent dessert – all in one unforgettable night.
Kusa Nori kicks off the experience, where you’ll enjoy two standout dishes. This striking Japanese bistro, with dazzling origami and koi fish artwork, exemplifies the breadth and depth of Japanese cuisine with its teppanyaki griddles, robata grills, expansive sushi bar, and impressive sake collection.
The second stop is Viva, the only restaurant outside of California where you can savor the food of celebrated Ray Garcia, an Esquire magazine “Chef of the Year’’ award-winner. Garcia came to prominence in Los Angeles, where his Broken Spanish restaurant was legendary. Sit down to two of his vibrant Mexican specialties, punctuated by the finest seasonal ingredients and Garcia’s fresh California touches.
The third stop ushers you into the world of fine dining for two more signature specialties at either Genting Palace (Wednesday through Sunday tour) or Caviar Bar (Monday or Tuesday tour).
With an ornate moongate entrance, Genting Palace welcomes with timeless Old-World allure, but also contemporary New World chic and sophistication. The dim sum is as intricate and artful as it gets, the tableside service flawless, and the private dining room adorned with a mesmerizing colorful silk screen painting of Chairman Mao by Andy Warhol.
Caviar Bar believes every day is better with caviar. You will, too, at this gilded restaurant that specializes in the luxurious delicacy, as well as world-class seafood dishes. Caviar Bar is overseen by Chef Shaun Hergatt,’’ anointed a “Best New Chef’’ by New York magazine, who garnered two Michelin stars at his former New York restaurant.
The fourth stop takes you to the other end of the spectrum to enjoy mouthwatering Famous Foods Street Eats, which brings to life the spirited energy and bold flavors of Southeast Asian street markets. The very best hawker vendors were curated for this collection of pan-Asian eateries, which includes Michelin-touted ones.
At Famous Foods Street Eats, you’ll visit three food stalls to relish their most heralded dish. At Geylan Claypot Rice, one of Singapore’s favorite claypot eateries, which was recognized with a Michelin Plate honor, that means slow-cooked, fragrant beef claypot rice; at Fuhu Shack, its famous Chinese roast duck gets tucked inside fun street tacos; and at Googgle Man, its smoky, chewy-delicious, stir-fried noodles known as char kuey teow get cooked the age-old way over charcoal-fired stoves.
The final stop is Wally’s, the only outpost outside of California of Southern California’s iconic Wally’s Wine & Spirits, to end on a sweet note with fabulous dessert.
