Description: Get ready to explore Vegas’ award-winning designed community, where celebs including Mark Wahlberg, Andre Agassi, Steffi Graf, and David Copperfield reside, in the “Best of Summerlin’’ culinary tour.

Following two other sold-out specialty tours, Lip Smacking Foodie Tours is pleased to present its next one on Dec. 10 that will take guests to three acclaimed restaurants to enjoy an array of signature dishes, all in one exciting evening complete with immediate seating and VIP service.

The tour starts with a bang at the famed Lotus of Siam in the Red Rock Resort. As Summerlin’s newest hot spot, reservations are typically near-impossible to snag. But not for guests of Lip Smacking Foodie Tours. You’ll be escorted to one of the best seats in the house at this James Beard Award-winner that’s often hailed as the best Northern Thai restaurant in the country. Chef-Owner Saipin Chutima’s unforgettable authentic flavors are not to be missed, especially in dishes such as garlic prawns, deep-fried until shatteringly crisp and tossed with his special garlic pepper sauce; and spicy Nam Kao Tod, a flavorful mix of crispy rice, authentic sour pork sausage, dried chilis, ginger, and peanuts.

Then, it’s on to Harlo, an elegant steakhouse where Chef Gina Marinelli adds breezy coastal Italian influences to the menu. It’s where premium steaks, luxe caviar, and the freshest fish get star billing with impeccable pastas. Get ready to dig into Caesar salad crowned with a seven-minute egg; a juicy 12-ounce New York strip steak; and indulgent cavatelli mac & cheese topped with herb breadcrumbs.

The final stop is Jing, with a splashy style that punctuates both the dining room and the globally-inspired menu. Chef Thomas Griese takes a spirited approach to dishes that range from dumplings and wok-tossed noodles to hot-rock seared Wagyu beef and even an Asian-influenced pizza. You’ll savor Szechuan lettuce wraps enfolding ginger and hoisin chicken; and the unique Jing Tuna Pizza with the bold flavors of ponzu aioli, yuzu soy sauce, capers, and truffles. Don’t forget to save room for the special dessert at the end, too.

Price is $225 per person, which includes all gratuities, as well as the gift of a highlight video afterward. An optional $60 beverage package is also available that provides a pre-selected specialty cocktail at each restaurant.
