Description: Take a short detour off the Strip to feel a world away at a luxury resort situated at the gateway to the stunning Red Rock Canyon’s soaring sandstone cliffs.
Guests will experience four acclaimed restaurants inside the modern Red Rock Resort outfitted with beautiful desert-inspired touches. At each venue, get immediate seating with complete VIP service, to savor an array of signature dishes, plus dessert at the end.
The excitement begins at Naxos Taverna, named for the Aegean Sea island. Executive Chef Mark Andelbradt, a veteran of Wolfgang Puck restaurants, oversees the contemporary Greek menu, which boasts one of the largest and freshest selections of seafood in Vegas. Savor crispy zucchini & eggplant chips, Greek salad, an assortment of delicious dips and spreads, and the piece de resistance of prawns wrapped in fine, golden, crispy strands of phyllo pastry.
Next, it’s on to the world-renowned Lotus of Siam, the family-owned Thai restaurant that has long been a favorite of revered restaurant critics and discriminating industry leaders including the late Anthony Bourdain. Dazzle taste buds at this James Beard Award-winning restaurant with prawns two ways, first done with garlic-pepper sauce, then wrapped and fried in bacon and wonton wrappers before being finished with a sweet-sour sauce. Enjoy a spicy stir-fry of authentic Northern Thailand sausage with ginger and chilies served with crispy rice, and the irresistible crispy duck over egg noodles in a velvety curry sauce.
Afterward, it’s on to Leoncito, a vivacious modern Mexican restaurant focused on thoughtful regional specialties that just debuted. Enjoy everyone’s favorite cheesy queso fundido emboldened with spicy chorizo, plus popular cotija-smothered street corn, and crunchy Flautas de Manchego rolled around potato, avocado and zesty lime crema.
The final stop is the Rouge Room that evokes the romantic aura of a 1920s Parisian lounge. What better place to indulge in profiteroles done up with crème fraiche ice cream, salted caramel mousse, and plenty of chocolate sauce.
Price is $225 per person, which includes all gratuities, as well as the gift of a highlight video afterward. An optional $60 beverage package is also available that provides a pre-selected specialty cocktail at (3) restaurants.
